01 Two Congratulations
- Congratulations to the Sales Company on achieving 30 consecutive quarters of performance growth.
- Recognition for the positive changes in the work atmosphere and management practices of the Sales Company.
02 Three Requirements
- Clear Planning: Clarify the company’s current self-positioning.
- Experience Summary: Identify areas where we can improve our performance.
- Clear Direction: Formulate operational goals and roadmap based on the CE data system; coordinate resources from all parties to implement a closed-loop management system and ensure mission accomplishment.
03 Three Hopes
- It is hoped that everyone will keep in mind the 1 vision, 2 missions and 3 systems of the Sales Company, and take practical actions to build a company with modern management capabilities.
- The company’s academic transformation is not a matter of whether to do it, but a matter of having to do it. It is hoped that everyone will stay committed to the core goal of advancing academic promotion work to higher standards.
- It is hoped that everyone will overcome difficulties to achieve a fundamental shift from result-oriented management to process-oriented management.
